Terms & Conditions

These Terms are an agreement between you and Palas Network ("Tora", "we", "us") about your use of the Tora app. Please read them carefully. By using Tora, you agree to them.

Tora is for adults only (18+). These Terms cover the whole service — discovering people, the feed, voice rooms, chat, calls, and gifting. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Tora.

1 Agreement to these terms

Tora is a social and dating app operated by Palas Network. By creating an account or using Tora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Tora. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in section 11.

2 Eligibility & your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Tora.
  • You may hold one account per person, and you sign in with your Google or Apple account.
  • Tora allows a single active device. If you sign in on a new device, your previous device is automatically signed out.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
  • You provide accurate profile information (display name, age, gender, photos, bio, and interests) and keep it truthful.

3 Using Tora

Tora lets you discover and match with people, share short posts in a feed, join live voice "Party" rooms, chat one-to-one, make 1:1 voice calls, and send gifts. You generally meet people and see content from your own country.

Tora is private by default: media and messages require an authenticated request tied to your account, and nothing is readable anonymously. You agree to use Tora only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with these Terms.

4 Community rules & conduct

Our community rules apply everywhere on Tora — profiles, posts, comments, chats, and voice rooms. You must not post, send, or say anything that involves:

  • Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance. This is removed immediately, results in a permanent ban, and is reported to the authorities as required by law.
  • Terrorism or violent extremism, or threats of violence.
  • Illegal content or activity, including drugs, weapons, fraud, and scams.
  • Non-consensual sexual content, or unsolicited sexual messages or images.
  • Harassment, hate, or threats.
  • Doxxing — sharing private information about others without consent.
  • Spam, fake engagement, or commercial solicitation.
  • Content that infringes other people's rights.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and take action on accounts. Enforcement escalates with seriousness and repetition: warning, temporary mute, reduced visibility, suspension, and permanent ban. You can report or block users, posts, messages, and rooms; every report is reviewed by a person. If we take action on your account, you will see the reason and can appeal once. 5 Voice rooms

Voice "Party" rooms are group spaces, not private calls. To keep the community safe, trust & safety staff may monitor any room. Hosts manage the stage — approving speakers and moderating — and you can report a room at any time.

6 Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create on Tora. To operate the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and display your content within the app for the purpose of running and improving Tora.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to share it. You can edit or delete your own posts and comments; deleting removes content from the feed, though moderation and report records may be retained (see the Privacy Policy).

7 Diamonds, Beans & purchases

Tora includes a gifting economy. You can send animated gifts in chats and rooms. You can get Diamonds by watching a rewarded ad (with a daily cap), or by buying them via the App Store or Google Play where offered. Beans are a score a receiver builds up from gifts.

Diamonds and Beans are a licence to use a feature, not money. They have no cash value, can't be cashed out or transferred, and are non-refundable. If you delete your account or are banned, your Diamond and Bean balances are permanently forfeited with no refund.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms and payment policies.

8 Advertising

Tora shows ads through Google AdMob, including banner, native in-feed, occasional interstitial, and opt-in rewarded ads that grant Diamonds. Ads never expose your profile, messages, or content to advertisers.

9 Suspension, termination & account deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or the community rules, or where we are required to by law. You can delete your account at any time from MeSettingsDelete account, or by email if you can't sign in.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, posts, comments, and messages, and permanently forfeits your Diamond and Bean balances — this cannot be undone and nothing is refunded. Some records, such as safety and ban records and evidence tied to a report, are retained so bans stay effective and to meet legal obligations. See the Delete Account page and the Privacy Policy.

10 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Use Tora at your own risk. Tora is provided "as is". Tora and Palas Network are not responsible for the conduct of any user — online or offline — or for what you say, post, send, or do on the app. We do not verify the identity or intentions of users. You are solely responsible for your own actions and for your interactions with others. Meet people you find online carefully and in public places, and contact local authorities in an emergency. Use the block and report tools. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to Tora is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using Tora after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
