Report a person or content

Report from anywhere in the app

It only takes a couple of taps, and every report is reviewed by a human.

What to include

A clear report is a faster report. Where you can, add:

Who or whatThe person's display name, or the post / room.
What happenedA short description, with the date and time.
ScreenshotsAnything that shows the issue.
Your device (for bugs)Phone model and app version.
After you report

You'll see: "Reported — our safety team will review it." Reports go to a staff triage queue and a person reviews each one. If action is later taken on your own account, you'll see the reason and can appeal once.

Something serious? For threats, or sexual content involving minors, report it in the app and email palasnetwork@gmail.com. Illegal content is removed and reported to the authorities as required by law.
