Delete your Tora account

You can delete your account and your data at any time — from inside the app, or by email if you can't sign in. Here's exactly what happens.

Deleting is permanent

Your account, profile, photos, posts, comments, and messages are erased, and your Diamond and Bean balances are permanently forfeited. This cannot be undone, and nothing is refunded.

How to delete

Two ways to delete your account

Recommended

In the Tora app

The quickest way, if you can still sign in.

  1. 1
Open Tora and go to your profileTap the Me tab.
  2. 2
    Open Settings, then Delete account

  3. 3
Read the consequences and confirmA confirmation sheet lists what will happen. Tick the "I understand" checkbox — it's there so you can't delete by a mis-tap — then confirm.
What happens to your data

What's deleted, and what's kept

Permanently deleted
  • Your profile and account
  • Your photos
  • Your posts and comments
  • Your messages
  • Your Diamond and Bean balances — forfeited and erased

This cannot be undone, and nothing is refunded.

Kept for safety & law
  • Safety and ban records — so bans stay effective
  • Frozen evidence tied to a report
  • Records we're required to keep to meet legal obligations

See the Privacy Policy under Data retention for details.
